Do you need a documented Gaming Related Compliance Program
If you hold a gaming licence in Queensland you are required to have a Gaming Related Compliance Program which meets the minimum criteria detailed in the Office of Liquor & Gaming Regulation Guideline. Your Gaming Related Compliance Program must be fully documented and this GRCPD must be able to be provided to a licensing inspector during a visit to the licensed premises.
We know you are busy running your venue, and that is why we have developed a comprehensive Gaming Related Compliance Program Document which we guarantee will meet OLGR requirements. You can access this service on a flat fee basis and we can normally provide the finished document to you within a week. You also receive free updates to the document, to meet any changed OLGR requirements, for 12 months from the date of issue.

Gaming Related Compliance Program Documents – FAQ
Can I develop my own GRCPD or do I need to use one supplied by LGS?
Licensees can develop a GRCPD without any assistance from us. However, it is the licensee’s responsibility to ensure the document complies with OLGR requirements. Our GRCPD comprises 20 printed pages and over 25 supporting documents from a variety of sources. Additionally, we guarantee the document is compliant with current OLGR requirements.
We have our own gaming compliance checklist, does this meet OLGR requirements?
No, it does not meet the requirements. The monthly self-assessment checklist, form 75A for hotels or 75B for clubs, must be completed each month. However, you can use an in-house checklist to supplement the official form.
I’m a natural person or sole directorship company licensee, how can I record a monthly meeting?
A natural person or sole directorship licensee must make a monthly written statement asserting that all gaming matters covered in the monthly self-assessment checklist have been considered by the licensee. We can provide you with this statement in lieu of minutes of a meeting.
We have never had a Gaming Related Compliance Program and we aren’t sure if our venue complies with current requirements, can you help us with this?
If you are concerned about the general compliance of your venue, we can perform an audit of your premises. This is a site specific process and includes a compliant GRCPD with the audit report. Please contact our office on 07 3252 4066 to find out more about this service.
What if OLGR changes the requirements for compliance, will my GRCPD be updated?
We will provide free updates to the GRCPD for 12 months from the date of purchase.
